Role Summary - Senior Salesforce Developer

We are hiring Senior Salesforce Developers with a strong consulting mindset to deliver Salesforce solutions for clients. This role is hands-on and client-facing. Requires someone who can translate business needs into technical designs, explain solutions in plain business language, and contribute to delivery excellence through best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience working as a hands-on Salesforce Developer
• Prior experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - French & English
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience with Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD processes
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and data models
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps ways of working
• Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions

Responsibilities

• Articulating technical concepts in clear business terms
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Customise Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Understanding of Salesforce Security configuration using Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Roles, and Sharing rules
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Experience delivering integration solutions and troubleshooting API issues
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, business analysts, and end users to gather and refine requirements.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, security, and data-integrity issues.
• Participate in release management, sandbox testing, and production deployments.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and development best practices.
• Strong consulting capability: client-facing, structured communication, comfortable leading discussions

Nice to have (Optional)

• FSC – Insurance, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, CPQ, Platform Events
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and single sign-on (SSO)
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
